Coffee is a water-intensive crop with a large water footprint. Up to 840L of water is needed to make one 750ml pot of coffee. That’s more than tea, sugar, wheat, and barley.

Tank’s Kickstart is a firm favourite of mine. I tried Waterfall Espresso, attracted by the Partnership with Project Waterfall. I was not disappointed. It makes a good strong cup of espresso coffee.

Great tasting coffee is very personal but Waterfall Espresso is the best coffee we’ve used in our Sage Barrista Express. An excellent strong coffee which is consistent from bag to bag.
